Reese Cropper III, President
Reese is a native of the Berlin and Ocean City MD area. A 1982 graduate from Lynchburg College in VA with a Business degree he went on to Dickinson College to obtain his insurance education and licensing. Once returning home from college Reese began working for the family owned insurance firm that was started by his Grandfather in 1929. In 1994 the insurance agency partnership was sold and Reese began building his own insurance clientele which is today known as, Insurance Management Group, Inc.

Susan White, Commercial Lines Manager
Susan White, a native of Maryland, was born in Baltimore and raised in Towson. She attended Loch Raven High school and graduated from Towson University. In 1978 Susan began her insurance career and received her insurance license in 1979. Today, Susan White holds the insurance designation of Certified Insurance Counselor, (CIC) and has completed all the education required for the Certified Insurance Services Representative.
Susan has been married to Jeff White for 31 years and moved to Ocean Pines, Maryland in 1985. Her two children, Jeffrey, 27 and Justin, 24 both graduated from Stephen Decatur High School and Salisbury University.
Susan Schwarten, Personal Lines Manager
Susan obtained her CPCU designation in 1983 and has worked in the Insurance industry as an agent, underwriter and manager for over 30 years. She is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Economics.
She and her husband have been residents of Berlin Maryland since 2004.
Susan is past President of the Worcester County Commission for Women. She has served on the board of the Mid Atlantic Symphony Orchestra and her homeowners association and currently volunteers for Coastal Hospice.
